Brand new - just has a rusty lid - I have literally just opened it to paint and I did not realise it was waterbased so it is too thin for my purpose - may be good as a primer or undercoat as it is quite watery - or just if you prefer a thinner gloss - Brilliant white - collection Whiston - will be left outside for collection.
