Red patent easy clean finish. Slightly scuffed on corners of arms and back in places, but otherwise good condition. Footstool opens up for storage. No idea as to fire rating, but leather itself isn't as flamable as untreated fabrics.

Large L shaped sofa. 310cm on longest side and 250 on shorter. Footstool is 100cm square. It's a light green and in good condition. Breaks down into 3 pieces so corner section can be easily removed (longest section 208) and just clicks back together, but still would need a large car or van to fit.
