Solid pine desk H77cm x W125cm x D60cm. and solid pine filing cabinet H71cm x W54cm x D51cm. Well used with quite a lot of marks and scratches. Extremely heavy. (Drawers may be removable with Phillips screwdriver?) You will need to get both items down the stairs, including bend in the stairs - this will be a two person job and I cannot help you.
