There are three shelves tallish gaps so take large children’s books or narrow stacker boxes and the top is a storage compartment. I bought the many years ago but my great grandson is now 13 and his interest is now electronics so it needs a new home W 32” H 49” D 12”

This works like a coffee percolator- in a working state heats water and runs through the ground beans into the travel cups or your own mugs makes on or two mugs depending on the water filled into the tank. The cups have lids for going out - I tested this and steam can be seen on the photo when unit was complete

54 inches by 52 inches - this is multi coloured printed road system. There are a few snags in the rug but still has a lot of play value left in it. The top of the play mat has been washed but the rubber back has not cleaned as good as the top. The rubber back stops the play mat walking across the floor. It has been well played with and was much used when kiddies were young now ready for rehoming.

My granddaughter has asked me to list this baby bag. She had never used this bag and has sat in her cupboard for the last three years so about time it had a new home and used as you can see the bag has internal pockets for bottles or jar food. Plenty of room for creams nappies etc etc. it has external pickets all zipped. Shoulder strap or short handles. I don’t know the make but in my days we put baby things in a shopping bag so trendy mums may know the name Komi. This could be used as an overnight bag for mum or dad .

This is a very light wood veneered square Ikea table. There are a few very small marks on the veneer as the photo of you enlarge the pictures you can just seen them. This was used by grandchildren as a play table for play dough and colouring but cleans up very well no stains. Top is 21.5 inches square and 18 inch niches high or in modern measurements it is sturdy and stable.

This is a complete minus the baby bag not sure where that went. The first photo is from the website as this model is still manufactured includes first baby car seat with head hugger that is removable as baby grows. The pram has its cover and adjustable hand rail suited my granddaughter and her husband converts easily. The pram and pushchair can be fitted forward or rear facing. When shopping and baby little the car seat fits on pram chassis so easy movement has a handy shopping tray has a good brake system and wheels can be free moving or fixed pram has straps than fit through the mattress . The cot is is lovely condition - base has two height setting. Has a drop down side for easy access to baby. The two long sides have safety coating to prevent baby chewing the wood. The cot is shown minus the mattress - the cot is in Ware but can be brought over to Hertford if easier for collection.
