Free: dining chairs (Hoohill FY3) Gifted I have three classic Italian dining chairs which may be of use to someone, the seats are a beige shade of velvet, the picture with the single chair is the closest to the actual colour. The strong wooden quality frames are very sturdy although the chairs have been well used. No holes or rips in the velvet fabric. These are part of set of 4, one chair became damaged hence the reason for listing here as I am replacing with new. Too good to scrap, could be used around the house, bedroom, study etc., Immediate collection only, must be able to collect quickly, thank you.

Free: plant - conservatory plant (Hoohill FY3) Gifted I have an interesting plant which I have no use for, it has been outside during the summer but I have brought it in for the winter, I cannot remember what it is called but it was purchased as an indoor plant. Free: duvet quilt-double -white goose feather & down (Hoohill FY3) Gifted White goose feather and down double duvet cover, 200x200cm, bought for a spare guest bed, hardly used, very thick, for winter use, has only been used with a duvet cover a couple of times Surplus to requirements. Free: fabrics - pink toile + colefax & fowler linen (Hoohill FY3) Withdrawn I have some large pieces of fabric which may be of use to someone. The C & F linen DOVEDALE fabric are large remnants from some very large expensive curtains which were cut down. The pink toile is lightweight. Too good to just throw away. 2 pieces of linen fabric measures 88 inches x 66 inches wide Toile fabric measures 106 inches wide x 88 inches long.

Free: bt landline phones - model bt decor 2200 (Hoohill FY3) Expired I have two BT landline telephones, they are more or less new, I bought them and they did not suit my requirements and were not even set up fully. They may be of use to someone. I cannot take a picture at present but you could look them up on line.

Free: tiles-16- large floor/wall tiles (Hoohill FY3) Expired I have 16 large UNUSED floor or wall tiles which may be of use to someone. They measures approx. 11 and three quarter inches by 23 and a half inches. ALL 16 tiles can be collected from the front of the house for easy collection. Have been stored in a shed and would need a washdown but otherwise alright, no cracks Quick collection reqiured.

Free: BOOKCASE WHITE- shabby chic (Hoohill FY3) Gifted White bookcase which measures 23 and a half inches wide, 49 inches high, 6 inches deep. Must be screwed to a wall. Fits flush to the wall over five and half inch skirting board or smaller skirting boards. I have had this bookcase screwed to both a plasterboard wall and also solid wall over the years so it will fit most rooms. RE-LISTED DUE TO ERROR WHEN LISTED PREVIOUSLY Very solid and decorative. I have it had it for a number of years and it is now surplus to requirements PLEASE NOTE: The ornate panel at the top lifts out to reveal brackets for screws. Quick collection only.

Height is approx 72 inches. The base is still solid and would look better is repainted. Due to size it will not fit inside a car.

Free: ikea jennylund armchair covers (Hoohill FY3) Expired I have 4 WASHABLE chair covers which fit an IKEA 'JENNYLUND' armchair. This model of chair is no longer available but the covers may be of use to someone who already has this type of chair. There are three white covers and one pink. The pink cover was only used for a couple of weeks and is in near new condtion. PLEASE NOTE: these covers can only be used on a Jennylund model armchair which has a SCHEDULE 3 INTERLINER, they will not fit any other model.
