Free: IKEA Pax wardrobes (Gracemount EH17) MUST GO BY THURSDAY. RRP approx. £215. Unfortunately some damage caused by contractors during building work, and I need them gone by Thursday for further work, hence giving them away. 2 IKEA Pax units, 50 x 58 X 236cm. White frames with white stained oak effect shelves. Includes pull out trouser rail, pull out accessory rail, hanging rail, 6 shelves and 4 mesh baskets. Lightly used, but unfortunately have been damaged during removal - see photos. On right unit, there is minor damage to attachment between bottom kickboard/shelf and side panel, as well as part of the back panel being broken at the very bottom corner. Minor chip to the top shelf, however this is not very noticeable in use. None of this affects the functionality, and the unit is still sturdy and structurally sound. Left unit is in perfect condition bar a minor scuff/chip to the back right edge - see last photo. The kickboard of the left unit was installed backwards - if installed correctly during reassembly, it will be white to match the rest of the unit! Spare parts could be acquired from IKEA if needed/desired. Collection only from EH17. Can be dismantled prior to collection if requested with notice.

Free: 3x wooden pallets (empty) (Gracemount EH17) Expired 3 wooden pallets available. Message to arrange contactless collection, as they are on my front drive. Will be empty/cleared in time for collection.

Free: Rotary washing line (Gracemount EH17) Gifted Rotary washing line, actual part for hanging washing in fully functional condition. It was left outside for some time, so the ground spike rusted on - it has been cut off at the end (see photo), but you can find wider diameter spikes online to fit over it.

Free: PerfectFit blinds x2 (Gracemount EH17) Gifted 2x PerfectFit blinds, heather grey aluminium Venetian style. Bot fully functional, but could do with a clean. For windows approx. W 724mm x H 1030mm. 20mm frame depth. Collection only EH17 8.

Free: Monoblock offcuts (Gracemount EH17) Expired Offcuts of monoblock, various sizes. Not sure on number. Removed from a patio, so used but in good condition. Some of the bricks are painted on one side, but overall decent condition. Brown-red colour, would clean up with a power washer May be useful for a project Collection anytime as they're on my drive.

Free: Asda cat litter (Gracemount EH17) Gifted 3 (and a bit) bags of Asda cat litter. 3 bags unopened, one opened and partially used. Totally serviceable cat litter, just not suitable for my cat as she is very sensitive to dust! Collection only, EH17

Free: 4 oak furniture legs (Gracemount EH17) Gifted 4 oak furniture legs, good condition. Some have some polymorph attached which I used to increase the height, but this can be removed.

Free: Magnetic mesh bug screen door (Gracemount EH17) Gifted Mesh screen door, white. Put up and taken down within 30 mins, not what I needed. Adhesive tabs still attached to fabric, but backings were placed back on them before putting the door away, so they're still usable.

Free: Metal towel rail (Gracemount EH17) Gifted Silver metal free-standing towel rail. Disassembled and ready for collection, easy to screw together. Similar shape/structure to the one shown in the second image, but not the same one - only added for illustration. Collection EH17 8.

Free: White drawer unit (Gracemount EH17) Gifted Small, one drawer unit. Cosmetic damage but sturdy build - easily fixed up with a sand and paint. Good for an upcycling project. Collection EH17 8.

Free: 2 touch lamps with USB ports (Gracemount EH17) Gifted 2 X brass coloured lamps with USB ports - both fully functional, but unfortunately the glass shade on one is cracked and the other is broken (they're not cat safe!). Otherwise in full working order and great condition, someone might be able to remove/replace the shades. Were £50 when bought new about a year ago.

Free: 2 armchairs (Gracemount EH17) Expired 2 very comfy armchairs - some wear on the arms but still lots of life in them and in perfect structural condition. Look great with a blanket on them, and could definitely do someone a turn!
