Reclining sofa (Peterhouse Mews CB4)
Grey, manual reclining sofa 175x90(D)x100cm. Sofa is about 15 years old and a bit on the tired side. Middle cushion was replaced about 4 years ago. Reclining mechanism has to be accessed manually from below, but not difficult once you know how. The sofa is very heavy so it will need at least 2 strong people to move it.

Pro-form Performance 400, model PFTL59510.0 Fully functioning walking /running machine with programmable speed and incline. Folds into a smaller footprint. This is an American model so you'll need a transformer, otherwise it's in good condition. It's quite heavy and bulky but it can be broken down into smaller parts for transport. We have the manual to help with this. I have a video taken today showing it working if you want to see via email. If you see it in the next 2 weeks we can demonstrate it working. It currently sits in our shed and we are moving later in the month
