Women's Rossignol skis (63 in), Lange boots (size 8), Gipron poles (47") and bindings currently adjusted for 5'8", 145 lb woman. Equipment is old but still useable. (Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to ski.)

Friedrich 8,500 BTU Air Conditioner (Washington Heights)

Oldie but goodie. 2010 AC: 18.5" L x 14" W x 20.5" D. Works well because it hasn't been heavily used most summers. As with most window ACs, the compressor is noisy. Comes with outer frame and adjustable window curtain, remote control, and window support bracket. Digital owner's manual available if needed. Weighs about 60 lbs.

Great air conditioner for a large room. Eleven years old, but not heavily used. Window extender panels on sides have been removed, so you need to jerry-rig something. Comes with window support bracket, remote control, user guide. Heavy: weighs about 60 lbs.
