The sofas are in the basement. They're in great shape. Rarely used. The first and third seat of the larger sofa recline. This makes the unit VERY HEAVY. The challenge for the person selecting these sofas will have is getting them out of my basement. They're very heavy and barely fit through the door. I'm not able to help so you'll need 2-3 very strong and able people. Near Lakewood Country Club.
