Tire not necessarily needed but rim will need to have spokes arrached. See photo for example. Used is OK. Doesn't need to be new just as long as it is fully functional.

Not too worried about the condition, a 3 or 2 wheel is fine. Just started playing and don't want to sink a lot of money into it until I'm sure I want to take it seriously. I don't like asking for free stuff but Golf is such an expensive hobby when you're just starting out...
