Three fitted blouses. One blue, pink and orange. In pristine condition. Size 16 but come up smallish because they are slightly fitted style. Sorry to see them go but they don't fit anymore unfortunately. Wash up really nice.

Brown fabric sofa, with pull out single bed. The back cushions are a little worn and the right arm has lost some of its padding ( it's slipped) otherwise in fair condition. Very comfortable. It is extremely heavy, so if interested you would need 3 people to move it, as it has metal feet. Measurements - Depth 87cm, Width 216cm, Height 74cm.
