Free: philicordia keyboard/organ (Patney SN10) unknown condition and i have nt tried it out. taking up space and will never use it. one of the legs is starting to split at the top but very easy to glue back together with a clamp. legs remove for easy transoprt.

Free: box of old 78 records (Patney SN10) know nothing about these. must be near 100 in the box. taking up space and need gone. if anyone wants them better than taking to the dump

Free: New Commode (Patney SN10) brand new and unused with 2nd tub and set of leg extentions to adjust the height.

Free: boxes of gear wheels (Patney SN10) salvaged from old printers to make mechanisms for models. got loads so dont need these, maybe someone else can use them as a shame to just bin them. got several boxes of them, far too many for me to use!

Free: 10 x 8 shed (Patney SN10) Expired 10x8 shed in good condition. inside is lined and insulated but may not survive dismantling. currently still in situ and i can probably help take apart. a van or large trailer will be required to take away. a few bits of timber will need replacing but nothing seriously wrong with it. the roof is soft corrugated plastic and may not survive dismantling but easily replaced. plenty of life left in it and will buff up well with a coat of paint.
