Measurements to be confirmed. This is a lovely wee kids house, I even have the homemade curtains and possibly the vinyl flooring. The issue will be transporting it, as it's too big for a normal car. It is dismantled and in separate panels and has been in my dry garage for 10 years!

White gloss bath panels. I think they are covered MDF. Have been cut and attempted to glue and they have small holes drilled in them that won't be visible once assembled. They have never been installed so not been used. Approximate Measurements: FRONT 158cm x 45cm plus plinth 14cm x 159cm. END 66cm x 46cm plus plinth 14cm x 46cm.

This chair is in very good condition and hasn't been used much so plenty of wear left in it. The only issue is that some of the red material is a bit degraded. It folds flat and fits most chairs. THe straps are in good condition. I've copied the below bit off the internet: "The Handysitt can be used on any square or round backed chair, and can be used once your baby is able to sit up totally unsupported until they’re able to sit at the table on their own. They suggest that this is from about 6-8 months till about 3.5-5 years old. It folds flat for easy storage and portability.
