Free: Pink and purple embroidery threads, needles, practice fabric (West Croydon CR0) Pink and purple embroidery threads, two embroidery needles, and a piece of practice fabric marked out with a design. These are left over from an embroidery kit. Please note that the threads are NOT COTTON, which is the reason I’m giving them away. (I ironed one and it melted.) Suits plughole diameters of approx 3–4.5 cm as long as the hole goes straight down with no grate/strainer. Never used — my partner bought them, but as soon as he took them out of the packet he realised they wouldn’t work with our bath. Free: Cotton and acetate fabrics (West Croydon CR0) Gifted 3 metres of dark grey twill acetate lining, 1 square metre of navy/white pinstriped cotton, large scraps of butterfly-print slubbed ivory cotton. Happy to split (though not to cut them up, i.e. you can ask for just the acetate but you can't ask for a metre of it). Free: Gingham polycotton fabric (West Croydon CR0) Gifted Two shades of gingham polycotton fabric (65% polyester, 35% cotton, 112.5 cm wide) bought from minerva.com. The unused fabric is half a metre of the darker purple, and just under a metre of the lighter purple. There’s also some cut-out pieces in the lighter purple that can be re-used (though some are marked with Sharpie, and you’d have to cut around that). The polyester content is _very_ obvious — it’s not cotton-feel. Collect from near West Croydon Station (500 metre walk), Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat between 9am and 5pm. Free: Pink and blue cotton or polycotton fabric (West Croydon CR0) Gifted Pink (with white polka dots) and blue (plain) lightweight fabric, 110 cm wide, 1 metre of each, uncut, perfect condition. Given to me by a non-sewist — I’ve done a burn test and I think they’re mostly cotton with possibly a bit of polyester, but I might be wrong.
