Hardwood counter or table tops (Archway N19)
Hi - we are looking for wooden kitchen counter tops or table tops for an Archway Upcycle project - they will be chopped up so no problem if broken. Needs to be beech or other hardwood. Strips or staves fine, but not chipboard/mdf. Will pick up. Archway Upcycle are a community group who provide free use of tools and peer support for DIY & craft projects, aiming to reduce landfill and create community. Thursdays 2-8pm at St Andrew's Church N19

Upcyclers seek Tools after burglary (Archway N19)

Hi Everyone, There was a break in at our community rooms recently and all the power tools that our Upcycling group uses got stolen. If anyone has any spare power tools to donate, we would really appreciate it - the place is run by volunteers on no money so it’s a huge loss. We've had some wonderful donations but we are still in need of sanders: random orbital/ mouse/detail. An angle grinder, a laptop, a powered lathe, Air Compressor, Bench/Pillar Drill, CNC machine and a thickness planer. But anything you have spare we can use! If you can help share the request with your groups/ channels or ask around on our behalf we would be really grateful. Best wishes and many thanks in advance, Hannah
