Bathroom mirror. Its been painted gold. We had a go at up-cycling it and it didn't go well. Anyone who'd like it and can have a decent crack at restoring it you're welcome to collect and try. Otherwise it'll just go in the bin.

Sizeable bean bag and 2 cushions. Gold. No damage. Probably could do with some more filler/beans. Also probably needs a clean as my chihuahua sleeps on it. Other than that good condition.

Decent size. Exact dimensions unknown. Some minor damage (see photo) but otherwise in good condition. One of the plastic feet has broken but these can be removed and replaced or left off altogether. It would still do it's job and look fine. Good for up cycling or garage storage. Main trunk light grey with wooden affect lid. Stuff inside in the featured photo not included

Includes cushions and a weather proof cover. Modern grey rattan garden corner sofa with foot stall. Is slightly damaged with one small whole caused by a miss placed chair leg and cushions are mildly stained and will need a wash (removable and machine washable). You will need a big van/trailer to collect unless you disassemble (I wouldn't recommend). Available for collection anytime as I'll leave it in the driveway for you to collect at your leisure, once you have contacted to arrange a time.

Argo electric indoor heater (Warley, Brentwood, CM13)

Good working order. A few years old but not heavily used. Does have a broken plastic foot but this doesn't effect its ability to heat or it's stability on the floor. Has adjustable fan speed, temperature and a timer that you can set to turn the heating off when required. No box or instructions but fairly intuitive to use.

Almost brand new. Nice and easy to store due to it's small size. Only used a handful of times before I had fake grass laid. As such it's no longer any use to me. Works nicely for regularly trimming your grass without the faff of getting out a big electric mower and all the mess that it entails.
