Free: Cement Mixer 240v (Shoscombe BA2) Very well-loved mixer! The motor runs and the drum spins for the most part, but really struggles when filled too much. Just about laid a small patio with it recently and had to mix 1-2 slab’s-worth of mortar at a time. If it’s too full/heavy, the cog that rotates the drum and/or perhaps a belt starts to slip and the drum needs to be encouraged by spinning manually. The leg was replaced by the previous owner with a wooden prop (presumably the original rusted through) that can be removed for transport. Would need a van or large car to collect, it has wheels and not too heavy so fairly easy to move to vehicle.

Free: Garden soil (Shoscombe BA2) Withdrawn I’m preparing ground to put in a patio and have a quantity of soil available. It’s mostly fine and crumbly with some stones and a few larger rocks but seems alright to me for e.g. potting up plants, levelling ground etc. There is probably 20-30 sacks worth. Please bring your own bags and I will fill them up for you.

Free: Small desk/dressing table (Shoscombe BA2) Expired Reasonable condition, approx. 70.5 cm wide, 50 cm deep and 72 cm tall. Has a gap at the back for cables, so usable desk depth is 40 cm.

Free: White double bed headboard (Shoscombe BA2) Expired No longer needed. Approximately 141cm wide, 110cm tall and 28cm deep with shelving at the sides and cable cutouts on the top for lamps etc. There are some scuff marks on the top edge and it’s a bit dusty but otherwise perfectly functional. Leans against the wall. Can be taken apart for transport if needed.

Free: Drop-leaf table, potential for upcycling (Shoscombe) Gifted Obvious signs of wear - varnish is coming off in large areas, cup rings etc. It’s perfectly usable as it is, but would benefit from stripping back and refinishing. Very old!

Free: Wickes drill for spares/repair (Shoscombe) Gifted Motor is working but not engaging the chuck properly, i.e. it’s not spinning as it should. There may also be dust or similar in the motor as it whines a bit. Comes with two batteries, charger and case.
