Fuchsia boliviana (SG1 Stevenage) A Fuchsia that grows very tall as illustrated , I have 4 babies to give away one to each person . Needs a conservatory but must be in a shady area some sun but no direct sun as it will burn . Needs a bigger pot to grow and establish . I saw these in Madeira years ago and had to have one !. It lives in a shady part of my greenhouse , can be pruned to suit you . Beautiful cascading red flowers are produced when mature as illustrated . Please have a conservatory or greenhouse .

Double bed headboard (Stevenage SG1) Double bed headboard. I used it for king size bed as well. It's not in its best condition (see images) but very robust and easy to fit behind the bed. Maybe for an upcycling project? Collection from Pin Green, Stevenage.

Leather Sofa (Goffs Oak) 250cm (wide) x 88cm (high) x 90cm (deep). Splits into two sections 80cm wide and 170cm wide for transporting. We have had since new. A bit worn in parts as per the attached pictures. Non-smoking house.
