2 rolls of original 1960s blue patterned lino rolled up prior to full house renovation; reasonable condition and total size unknown (roll length approx 4ft). Anyone interested would need to be prepared to unroll to view before deciding to take, or not. Stored in garage with room to do this. Photo shows lino in situ a few years ago. Colour is more blue than appears in photo.

Chandelier-style ceiling light with three frosted glass shades. The metal has a warm brass/antique finish. Size is 55cm drop (ceiling to bottom of chandelier), 50cm width (across). Recently removed from ceiling by a qualified electrician. Fully functional. The lightbulbs are included.

This a fridge which we've had in our garage since we bought it. It has continued to perform faithfully throughout its life, but we no longer need it, given that we are downsizing. It suffered a dent across its door about 5years ago when I reversed into it. Remarkably, it has not affected its performance, and it continues to perform as new Dimensions: 56 x 21 x 22 inches.
