Black Leather, 3-Seater Sofa (Chapel Ash WV3)
Giving this well used sofa for FREE. It features a couple of spacious seats, with enough space to seat up to three people. The cushioned seating area is slightly UNEVEN in the middle (this can easily be corrected with sofa cushions, if you wish). There are also creases on the seating surface, and the cushioned back, and this is all due to normal wear. The left side of the backrest is a bit sticky, due to accidental oil spillage. There is also a faint white horizontal blemish, on the back (but please understand that this is a discreet area), and a white vertical blemish on the right side of the outer armrest. And a very small hole within the backrest separator, close to the top edge of the sofa. But, the leather surface is good, and the colour hasn’t faded at all. Therefore, the sofa is still useable and comfortable. You can arrange for delivery, or come and collect this for FREE, using a suitable vehicle (e.g. van). This is very old but has never been used. Please Note, it is extremely heavy and awkward and needs to be carried from the far end of the garden. My back isn’t strong enough to help carry it so it may be better for 2 people to come together if you aren’t very strong. It’s been outside for some time so is also dirty. Collection by arrangement any time on Monday from B62 off Spies Lane/Kent Road area. Other days/times may be possible but my availability is quite limited.

Excavated land/dirt (Portobello WV13)
Dug out the back lawn and moved to the front, there's between 9 and 11 tonnes here, and I was this close to getting a grab hire to come take it away before the wife suggested I put it on here. Large rocks/rubble/bricks were removed at the excavation stage however some smaller pieces may remain, even then, very little! Concrete blocks pictured are not included and have since been removed anyway, no delivery possible however with enough notice I may be around to help you shift some.
