Old cycle pannier by Altuta. Probably 20 or 25 litres. Very old and sat in a garage for many years. The clips appear permanent fittings rather than quick release. The back panel of the pannier is a bit warped, but could probably be nursed back into shape. Two zipper pockets either side of the top section. Could do with a good clean.

Fits under worktop. Working, but ice box door missing, so useless for ice cream. Light not working (I've tried the bulb). I simply used a battery PIR light (£5 from Amazon) instead. Whirlpool A class (old energy rating system). With shelves and door trays. A little bit of surface rust, but usable if you need something temporary.

Nearly new soft-close toilet seat. (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)

Yeah, I know, toilet seat: Ick. But it was briefly fitted, then replaced - it's a decent quality soft-close, quick-detach seat, it's since been thoroughly steam-cleaned, and all the metal fixings are stainless steel, so they've come up as new. If you're doing a refurb on a very tight budget or if your skanky landlord won't cough up for a new seat, this might be just the thing. If that's still too much of a psychological obstacle, I completely understand, and we will never speak of this again.
