- Unopened pack of laminate flooring. Manufacturers label gives specifications and surface area it will cover. Also number of attachment rails - not sure what these are called. Have included photo of kitchen floor to give an idea of what it looks like. Unfortunately it was stored leaning against wall in garage and one end is damaged by damp. Probably need to cut 10% off.

- 14 foot trampoline. Probably 25 years old - we bought it secondhand 15 years ago. In regular use up until a couple of years ago - now it gets maybe a couple of days use a year, so it's time to go. Works fine. Quite a few of the springs are a bit rusty and there are, as far as I can see, 3 holes in the sprung part (one of which was there when we got it). There is duct tape around the legs simply because when a group of adults go wild on it and bounce in unison, the legs can otherwise get detached. The spring cover was originally full of foam but that's degraded away through being out in the open all year. There used to be a hook with a handle for attaching the springs - that's done a bunk - but they can be attached by hand with some care. I'll leave it up for now so the lucky Freegler who take is can see how it goes together. It is huge, though, so only ask for it if you've got space.

- Reclining brown leather armchair. Seat has a dip in the middle and one of the arms has some cosmetic wear. Second chair is in better condition but still has a bit of a seat dip Pull the lever at the side to make the leg rest pop up then lean back to fully recline. Collection from close to fosse park asap please state when you can collect when you inquire. Both to go together You will need a van. These will NOT fit in a car. Listed elsewhere too.
