Country Cottage Curtains (BN45 - Pyecombe)
2 pairs of designer material curtains. The pink rose/blue & cream striped ones are professionally made & lined - approx 100ins wide x 50ins drop. They come with tie backs - and spare material to refresh if wanteded - + 2 matching cushions. The yellow & blue flower curtains are homemade but lined and with simple ties - approx 49ins wide X 45ins drop. Good condition (small marks due to age)

Thermal wallpaper: Wallrock KV600 (Hollingbury BN1)
This is thick wallpaper that can help to reduce heat loss through a wall. We had this bit left after doing a small room. Also, there is some fire retardant paper that needs to be used with it. There's not enough here for a whole wall, but it could save you some money if you were going to buy some of this stuff (it's expensive). We may also have some of the special wallpaper adhesive you need to use with it.

Single trundle bed with pull out bed underneath - comes with 2 mattresses (with fire safety labels). Unfortunately the pull out bed has piece of wood missing - and so a little wobbly/unstable - would need fixing (shown in photos). main bed in good solid condition, comes with all screws/fixtures. east to assemble with one Allen key and cross-head screwdriver. Comes dismantled.
