Silver desk chair in good condition. The gas lift of the chair is getting weaker, meaning it holds my weight for a while and then at times lowers, at which point I just readjust and it's good for a good while. If you don't tend to adjust the chair all the way up, this shouldn't be an issue.

Large antique dollhouse with many beautiful details. Used condition from lots of play, kept in the closet of a smoke free home (but with pets) for several years. The electricity no longer works, but could be fixed (you can see the cord in some pics). All the doors and windows are intact, each room is wallpapered (some with staining though). The frame, the walls and the roof are in great condition (some roof edge shingles have broken off).
