Today I spent some time with a few newcomers from Ukraine. One lady and her daughter arrived earlier this month and they'd like to each have a bike if possible. The bike would have to be reliable and not require any work as the Mother is still looking for work and $$ is scarce now.
Currently they're living in Ottawa East but looking for more affordable accommodations.
