Duvet cover, double, stains (Seafield EH7)

Little used and has been laundered but has some stains (probably tea) and discolouration at the top end. See 2nd photo. White, with ribbon stripes on one end of top side. 50:50 cotton& polyester. Fabric could be used for costumes, sewing projects etc?
