Assorted salad and veg seeds, a couple of flowers. Most of them are at least 3 years old and well past the "sow by" date. No guarantee that anything will germinate next year. But some may still be viable - e.g. runner beans, broad beans. If anyone wants to experiment, you are welcome to them. Would prefer to give away as a single bundle.

DAB/FM radio, power supply, manual. This is an old radio and doesn't do DAB+ so some DAB stations may not be available, e.g. ClassicFM. Working ok but been used in a kitchen. I've cleaned it up as best I can but the front is grubby! Size 25cm high x 18cm wide x 12cm deep.

About 80cm square and 30 cm thick in centre - wooden ruler in photo just for scale. Cover can be removed for washing or replace with a different fabric, see photo 3. Very bouncy as it's filled with foam chips - doesn't sag like a beanbag cushion! No fire label or other info. Been in storage for some time, the cover may need a wash to freshen up but otherwise seems in good condition.

1970s Pletscher map holder attaches to bicycle front stem. Useful for cycletouring. Online sources say it fits on a traditional expander bolt rather than allen key stem bolt. Please be sure you know what this means before asking for this item. Spring clip holds the map. I appreciate it when people say why they want an item, not just "can I have".

7 pots available, could be more later as we're clearing the area. Variety not known. Has done fine in clay soil in part shade under a fruit tree. Seems to tolerate wet or dry conditions. Tiny flowers in spring. Good ground cover, see photo 2, spreads by rhizomes but fairly slowly. Leaves in photo show some damage but generally pests don't seem to bother them!

Plastic boot with neoprene liner. Also heel lift insert. Size L (eg mens size 10). Front of boot comes off for access. Will hold ankle stable e.g to protect Achilles tendon. Worn for 1 hour only, not suitable for partner's problem. Solid sole, can be used outside. Any use to anyone? (Hospital won't take it back.)

Bottled gas heater case, no gas, needs new adapter (Seafield EH7)

This has been a great heater but you can't get gas bottles to fit the adapter any more. It has an old Mac-Gas adapter, needs a new-style Flo-Gas one (or similar). You will need to buy a suitable gas bottle, first one is likely to cost around £100 but refills are cheaper. Case is stained and a bit battered but functional. It's heavy and bulky so we are replacing it with a different type of heater. Pick up most mornings or other times by arrangement.

Tall folding stool (Seafield EH7)

Looking for a tall folding stool or perching stool. My partner can only stand for short periods of time. A tall stool would really help in the kitchen. Normal stools are too low for kitchen tasks - food prep, washing up etc. Has to fold up to be practical for us. If anyone has one they don't need, I'd be grateful. I can collect. Thanks.
