Outdoor Christmas lights (Malvern Link WR14)

Hi I was given these along with 2 other sets of lights from Freecycle, I have kept the other 2 sets as they are more suited to what I needed. However there is this outdoor (so I believe) set available, as you can see from the pictures 3 bulbs don't work the rest do, approx 10ft long maybe longer I haven't measured them. For scale the bulbs are 'full sized'
