A 26" bicycle inner tube (1 3/8") (Islington N5)

My bicycle's inner tube valve has ripped out through old age. I have a puncture repair kit
but it can't re-attach the valve!
Has anyone got one lying around somewhere? It doesn't matter if it's got a leak as I can repair it.
