Folding metal dish rack with tray (Valencia Avenue, Sunnyvale)

Folding metal dish rack with plastic tray. A neighbor left it out. Four parts to it: dish rack, plastic tray, utensil holder, and tray for utensil holder. I am not sure where to put the small utensil box on the rack.

I put it in a box so it would be easier to carry.
