Another update - the original instruction book has now been found to go
with this device.

Since my first post about this Breville kitchen "Whiz Professional", I
have found the original accessories which have never been used (as shown
in the picture below).
So the device is usable with these accessories, but *not with the
damaged cutting blade, which is still NOT included*.
