The speakers shown below have are mains (240v) powered, *not USB* and have a 2 mm output plug (as also seen in the photo below) for the computer or other suitable device. They also have their own volume control.
They have been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years but were working well when last used.
Can be left out for easy collection by a reliable Freecycler.
