Bose headphone/Tech Doc 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

I received a Bose headphone.
The one I received needs a tech Doc and that isn't me. Thev've never been used which makes it even more sad. The vinyl covering on the foam earhones is peeling The jack that goes into the input opening got stuck in my telephone x2.
The sound is good but since the input jack is jacked up (c what I did there) the sound goes off and on which defeats the whole purpose of having a souñd party in your ears.
It'll come with everything I got ie the instructions in 15 different languages and both input jacks.
Please note that this headphone isn't usable the way it is since the piece that goes into your device is now missing sincé I used a medical clamp to yank it outta my phone
