Two unpainted but new 7' metal strips (you could cut them shorter) attach to the wall and the the black shelves hang from them. The 6 shelves are 13" deep and 24" wide.
Everything is mechanically and cosmetically in excellent shape. No pic because they are already off the wall. Pretty chic looking.
