XL oversized comfy armchair (Fisher, east Vancouver)

Needs a van or truck to be moved. Probably won't fit into your compact SUV. Green floral. Normal wear and tear. Not perfect, a few snaps, but no rips or stains. Very comfy. Recently steam cleaned. No pets, no smoking.
