Rechargeable fan (Ann Arbor Northwest Side)

I'm working to get a relatively decent set-up for living in my car, and wanted to ask here first if anyone has a rechargeable fan (or two) they'd be wiling to part with. I want to avoid ones that have to plugged in the whole time, or need disposable batteries to run. Preferably would clip-on to or wrap-around a surface, but I may be able to make different versions work. It would help a lot with making the car more tolerable in this season, and would also help reduce risk of mildew. I included an example picture, just to clarify my request, but I have no preference on brand. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
