Ottawa Green Bin - Minor Damage (Mooney's Bay)

• A regular-sized green bin for the curbside pickup program;
• One of the lid hinge brackets is broken and has been partially DIY repaired/reinforced, so the lid opens & closes fine, and it latches closed too;
• Belongs to my neighbour who have been calling 311 for several weeks requesting the City to take it away, since a new replacement was received long ago;
• Not sure why this neighbour even needed a new one, because this one still works fine, but they just want it gone now. So, I said I might be able to help;
• If anyone wants a second green bin for the cubside program, or perhaps to use it for some other purpose like tool storage, etc., then this one might be for you;
