This is an Oral B electric toothbrush with charger, and two unopened brush heads. It brushes teeth okay, but it doesn’t hold a charge for more than a couple of days. If you don’t mind keeping it almost constantly on charge, then you’ll be able to use it. (Note - the charger plugs into a shaver point, not a normal 3-pin power point, but adaptors are easily available.)
