plants for house and garden (Dubuque)

German ivy--large and well established, in clay pot with nice green metal plant support. Happily spends summers on the porch, winters in a south window. Looking for a good home.
Also a smaller German ivy, in pot since June.
Other house plants in 3" and 4" pots:
    Jade plants, pointed leaves--star-like white blooms, when established.
    Kalanchoe--small fleshy leaves with scalloped edges, produces pleasing clusters of coral blooms.
Various other plants ready for new homes--well established in pots and ready to trave.
Perennial garden plants.
     Sedum (two kinds): stringy stonecrop--small, low, spreading, with tiny yellow flowers bloom in May;
      Autumn Joy--common upright now with mauve bloom clusters in bloom now.
Also feverfew, wild geranium w/ pink blooms. One siberian iris. Companula (tall stalks blue bells).
Wildflowers:
     Common milkweed--the ones Monarch butterflies need to eat, migrate, and survive. In our area, well-established. Can put in ground now, will die back over winter and come up again next spring.
     Columbine with orange + yellow blooms in April/May (seeds freely, likes partial shade). Several well-established healthy plants.
     Oxeye daisy (blooms June to October)--four big pots of established, healthy plants.
     Gooseneck loosestrife: handsome, so give it free reign in a place you want to fill with authority.
