Quince fruit for jam/jelly making (East Carleton NR14)

My neighbour has a lovely crop of quinces for jam and jelly making. These are super little fruits. Inedible straight from the tree but take off the stalks, chop them up, no need to remove core as the pips act as the pectin. Mix with water and sugar. They make the most glorious jelly. Suitable for eating as a jam on bread or toast or, even better, as an accompaniment with cheese.
