Fairy lights not working (Seafield EH7)

2 sets of lights with replaceable bulbs. These are old lights, not LED. On one set the fuse bulb has gone and we have no spare. Other set has a broken coloured bulb, the only spare we have is a fuse bulb. They could be used for spare bulbs but the fittings are different on each set. Can anyone use?
