Nearly new soft-close toilet seat. (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)

Yeah, I know, toilet seat: Ick.
But it was briefly fitted, then replaced - it's a decent quality soft-close, quick-detach seat, it's since been thoroughly steam-cleaned, and all the metal fixings are stainless steel, so they've come up as new.
If you're doing a refurb on a very tight budget or if your skanky landlord won't cough up for a new seat, this might be just the thing. If that's still too much of a psychological obstacle, I completely understand, and we will never speak of this again.
