Dowels and matching point markers (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)
Withdrawn
Dowels - if you have a use for these, you know what they are, I don't need to describe them. The catch is, they're imperial sized, bought in error, so they'll never do anything but sit there and annoy me. Sizes are 1/2", 3/8", 5/16", and 1/4". There's a pair of matching point markers or whatever they're called in each size. Maybe 50 of the big size and progressively more of them as they get smaller.

Manual mitre saw (Cricket Road OX4)

Old, but working. Blade is replaceable. Not really for heavy duty stuff, but handy for smaller work like picture frames

Nearly new soft-close toilet seat. (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)
Gifted
Yeah, I know, toilet seat: Ick. But it was briefly fitted, then replaced - it's a decent quality soft-close, quick-detach seat, it's since been thoroughly steam-cleaned, and all the metal fixings are stainless steel, so they've come up as new. If you're doing a refurb on a very tight budget or if your skanky landlord won't cough up for a new seat, this might be just the thing. If that's still too much of a psychological obstacle, I completely understand, and we will never speak of this again.

Laptop, but with issues (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)
Gifted
Dell Inspiron 5558 Spec as per pic 2 with a bare install of ubuntu 20.04 on it. i7 x4 processor, 16GB RAM, sluggish HD, unenthusiastic battery, screen is fine. BUT The DC power socket is loose inside - it works, but it has to be nursed along. See how I've got the cable braced against a bench dog in the pic? Like that. It really wants disassembling and properly securing. And full disassembly is a royal pain in the hole on this model. AND Minor cosmetic damage to the case on front right corner. Maybe missing a couple of external case screws, but nothing wobbles. Only take this unless you're prepared to tinker, or to make good use of the better components, or if you're utterly desperate. If you're expecting a trouble-free laptop on day one, you'll be wasting everyone's time and it'll just sit in the corner gathering dust.

fairy lights (Oxford-Freegle CGA OX4)
Expired
Mains powered LED fairy lights for (I'm pretty sure) indoor use only. UK 240V plug with a controller to switch between about ten irritating flash patterns and one steady one. Quite a long string, enough to go around most rooms alternating red/yellow/green/blue.

Guitar cases (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Two soft guitar cases. The Yamaha one on the left would suit most acoustic guitars, the TGI one on the right is probably only large enough for a solid body electric or perhaps a smaller acoustic. Both a little dusty, but in good order. Please state which one you're after when replying. Edit: Larger Yamaha one now taken. Smaller one still available.

Free:
Under-desk drawer unit (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Built to fit under a standard office desk. Top two drawers are plain drawers, the bottom one has file hangers like a filing cabinet, but could also just be used as a deep plain drawer. One lock locks all three drawers together - two keys are included. In good, clean condition. 42cm wide x 60cm deep x 72.5cm high

Free:
2 person tent. (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Budget "2-person" tent. Fine as a summer festival tent, but I wouldn't rely on it in harsher conditions. It was sold as a 2 person tent, but it's not big, so the 2 people would have to be small or desperate - dimensions on second pic. Fine for one, though. I've checked it out and it all seems to be there and intact, but check it out yourself before relying on it.

IKEA wire shelving units (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
IKEA wire shelving units, probably "Jonaxel". I've assembled one to photograph, they assemble to about 54x44x74cm, and there are parts for three more and a clothes rail that can span between two units. Units can stack one above another and there are clips to keep them firmly together. There are four flat shelves included as well as two deeper baskets. There may be another couple of baskets somewhere, and if I find those, they'll be included too. I think these are a match for the ones currently being sold, but please check the measurements carefully before buying any more and expecting them to match.

Free:
Guitar stands (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Two guitar stands, for stage use, or for home storage if you have the floor space. One particularly suitable for hollow-bodied acoustics, one for solid electrics, but either would work for most guitars in a pinch. I'd rather these went directly to a good home rather than just being sold on, thanks for your understanding on this. Please state which one you're interested in GUITARS ARE NOT INCLUDED, shown for illustrative purposes only.

Ancient laptop (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop. Core 2 T5600 processor, 2GB RAM. Working fine, but it's old enough that it doesn't have a camera. I've put Ubuntu 16.04 on there just to check it works, and it'll browse the web fine, but that's an old enough operating system that it no longer gets security updates, so don't connect this to the internet if you plan to enter any secure info on there. No email passwords, no online banking, nothing you don't want stolen. If you plan to use it for anything like that, clean it off and put an operating system on it that you know is secure. If you don't fully understand this warning, please don't take it. Battery is near the end of its life, so consider this a mains-only machine. Might be useful for basic games, or as a dumb terminal, or whatever.

Free:
Google Chromecasts (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Two Google Chromecasts. They plug into an HDMI socket and make a dumb TV a little smarter. They need USB power (not included, but cables are; most TVs have a USB socket or two on the back which would do fine). Once set up, you can cast iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube etc from a phone or tablet to the telly - setup is easier with Android phones than Apple, but once done, you can cast from iPhones too. Each one is about the size of a Jaffa cake. I think one is 1st generation and one is second, but they both do up to 1080p I think. Setup instructions are readily googleable. (One now promised, one still available.)

Free:
Computer speakers (Cricket Road OX4)
Gifted
Two sets of computer speakers, both in stylish beige as was the fashion of the day, one larger with subwoofer by Altec, and one smaller by Harman/Kardon. Both grubby and dusty but in good working order. Both take input from a 3.5mm socket. Old, but if you need a temporary sound system or one for a garage or student room, they'd fill the need. Altec one has main speakers 27cm tall, the Harman/Kardon ones are 21cm tall.
