Old cycle pannier by Altuta.
Probably 20 or 25 litres.
Very old and sat in a garage for many years.
The clips appear permanent fittings rather than quick release.
The back panel of the pannier is a bit warped, but could probably be nursed back into shape.
Two zipper pockets either side of the top section.
Could do with a good clean.
