Large foamex boards (DN21, Gainsborough)
2mm thick boards. The first two are 187cm/5'7" by 95cm/3'1" The stripy one 185/6'1" by 95cm The circles one 236cm/7'9" by 95cm. (Close up photo to show this one is a bit scruffy) They are all white on the reverse if you want to use them for DIY projects (we have used them to clad pipes etc) and can be cut with a Stanley knife/boxcutter. Other boards also available, please ask. Collection from near Benjies school in Sandsfield Lane.

Size 12ish. Never worn. Decided it wasn't me but left it too late to return. Black inner dress with chiffon over, black with cream spots which is split at the back. Also - used but now too big for me: Grey (lighter than it looks in the photo) Per Una dress with tie front and lined skirt, size 12. Dress/tunic, size 14. Collect from Sandsfield Lane near Benjies.

Sofa With Pull Out Sofa Bed (Mattersey DN10)
Sofa with pull out bed, worn but still very comfortable, You’d probably want to replace the 3 back cushions, scratched upholstery on one side but that could be easily fixed, otherwise a bit sun worn, the sofa seat cushions are a bit scratched from my dog but have removable covers so could be swapped out. Pull out bed has only been used a few times so the mattress is in pretty good shape. Just don’t have room for it anymore and feels a waste to throw it out when it’s still functional. Could easily be cleaned up/have new covers on and would still be a very solid sofa. Collection only Mattersey DN10

Lost foot plate (during house renovation) that allows it to be used rearer facing when child is smaller, but fully working for forward facing (footplate is removed when forward facing). The design is with a frontal impact shield for extra safety compared to normal car seats, also provides extra comfort for child.

Cleaned up but unfortunately the right hand side 3 buttons aren’t functioning. I can see the electrical unit for the buttons on eBay for around £12. Just adding here if anyone wishes to fix this. Was cleaned up (limescale and grease cleaners), filled with salt and rinse aid and a tablet but couldn’t press start. I picked up for free too so not seen working but assumed it will work with the buttons replaced. Collection for repair or scrap welcome. Can assist in lifting this item.

Repair - Washing Machine (Lissington LN3)
Don’t know if anyone is interested in this before I take it to the tip. Likely bearing gone. One wash overloaded. It will work still and I manage to get it to do some smaller washes but all lights will come on and it has to be unplugged and left a few minutes before I can move it on to another cycle. Repairable if someone wants it. Purchased from Curry’s around 2020/2021. Collection Lissington, Lincs. Please note; I will not be able to assist with lifting/transporting out of house and into vehicle so do bring help if needed.
