16 reusable gel ice packs. twelve are Glacier Ice brand. four are Nordic Ice brand. but basically the same thing - squishy gel stuff inside a soft plastic package that you can re-freeze as needed. Each pack is about 7 inches by 5 inches. The couch is steamed and upholstery cleaned from West Elm. We bought a new sleeper sofa. There is a bit of fraying material on the bottom corner. There is a spot of discoloration on the material due to the upholstery cleaning.
