Loveseat couch - IKEA Klippan (Capitol Hill) Older but good condition light blue small couch. 70Wx35Dx26H. It could use a new cover, which IKEA still sells for 40$. The bottom also has a cosmetic rip. Clean, from a house with cats but no incidents beyond the clawed cover. I can help get it to your vehicle, but it will take two of us and I have one flight of stairs. Priority to sooner pickup windows.

3 open low-glycemic sweeteners (Petworth/ Park View) The bags have been opened but very little has been used. They have been stored airtight and should be fine even though they are old.

Jar of organic dried thyme (Petworth/ Park View) The label from the bag says “16 oz” but there is less than that. The thyme is old but was kept well sealed. It smells fine.

2 pkgs CVS baby wipes (Petworth/ Park View) Our baby is 12 now… not that you have to be a baby to use these. However we have not been using them and I found them in a closet. Unopened packages, but they may have dried out. Just add some water when you open the package.

Large Leather Couch (Alexandria, Fairfax County) This was once a VERY expensive couch. It's been in storage for a while and needs a little TLC. The leather is a little bit marked up in places, but otherwise gorgeous. The cushion was once nice, but needs a cleaning and possibly restuffing. It's large: 33" tall x 35" deep x 94" -- you would need a truck to move it, as it will not fit inside a van. Perfect for someone who doesn't mind restoring a once-great piece of furniture.
