Cracker Tin (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Promised
10" X 7" X 3". From the seventies, when you really could by Jacob's Cream Crackers in a tin. Container is in good shape. I've held on to this for decades. I have finally admitted I have no use for it.

Panasonic Flat Screen TV (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
31" wide and 24" high, including pedestal. This TV is maybe 20 years old, but it works flawlessly. It's not high definition, but the resolution has always been great by my standards. I'm putting it up for grabs because I hardly ever watch TV and I'd prefer to use the space for something else.

14" X 24". Monitor is in perfect working order. I am anticipating a lot of requests for this item. I will pick a name out of a hat around 5pm tomorrow (Sunday). This monitor is out of storage and on my front porch. It must be picked up Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If it is still on my front porch on Wednesday afternoon, I will take it to the Good Will.

Air Fryer (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
4 qt. Never used. In box, unopened. It's not an expensive model. I think I got it for less than $40 from Target. People swear by these things, but those people all have decently sized, as opposed to small, kitchens. PLEASE NOTE: I will NOT gift this to the first person who asks after it. I will keep this post open until 1pm Sunday, at which point I will draw a name out of a hat. Pick up Sunday afternoon/evening or anytime next week is fine.

Bricks (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
Hundreds of them. Intact with all mortar removed. I don't know how many there are, but that stack is four bricks thick. I will only consider gifting them to someone who is going to 1) take ALL of the bricks and 2) cart them out of my backyard without my help. If nobody wants to do that, I'll just keep them.

Music While Swimming (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)

I couldn't figure out how to transfer my play list onto this device so it has never been used. It's an MP3 player that is designed to be water proof so you can listen to music while you swim. It was inexpensive - $90? I assume it is in perfect working order.

Card Table (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Expired
This folding card table is probably sixty years old, which means it was built to last! It's one of those items that you just can't find anymore so I've been holding on to it. But I never use it so I am finally giving in and letting it go. It's, I think, 30"X30"?

Expired
Ten foot long, freshly cut, bamboo "stakes." There are six of them. They are in parking strip in front of my house. If you would like some, send me a message and I will send you my address OR I can drop them off. There are more where these came from. I have to prune my bamboo every six months. I try to save the really long stakes to give away.

Tulipiere (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
This is a beautiful, flower arranging vessel called a tulipiere. This vessel is hand made by master ceramicist Clara Lanyi. I love it and have held on to it for years, but have finally had to admit that flower arranging is something I don't have time for.

Timber Bamboo (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
I just transplanted these shoots into a container so they don't have much in the way of root yet, but I think I have got them at just the right time to make for an excellent plant. This is a bright green bamboo that, in the right conditions, grown fifteen feet high with stalks two inches in diameter. It is a runner rather than a clumper, but it is very slow growing so keeping it in bounds is fairly easy.

Hardy Landscaping Plant (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Expired
Shrub. grows 3' X 3'? Covered in small, decorative red berries in the fall. Plant has been cut way back in order to facilitate removal, but it will be a big bush this year. I don't know the name of this shrub, but it's very common in landscaping because it's not invasive, it's very hardy, the foliage is year round, leafy but not impenetrable and the berries are abundant, pretty and are innocuous.

Farce Toilet Brush (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
I've hesitated posting this because it's political. It was a gift to me by someone who thought I would think it was funny. I don't. But maybe someone else wants it. It's brand new and in the box. I sincerely hope no one on this list takes offense. If so, I will remove the post and throw away the item. But I hate throwing something out that is unused and has a use.

18" x 30" x 3/4" Pokey Pad (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
This pad is supposed to help with a sore back. A friend of mine tried it and said it didn't work. I took it because it feels really neat to lie on. But I don't use it. It's very clean and barely used. These are pretty inexpensive. You can get on for $25 online - including shipping. But I never know what someone will want on Trash Nothing so I'm putting it out there in case it's what someone might want. If no one wants it, I will use it as a knee pad for weeding.

Prototype Urban Arrow (Palo Alto, near Cal Ave)
Gifted
This bike is probably ten years old, but it's in very good shape structurally. The owner used it for years, then moved out of the area and left it with his mother who stored it in her yard under a weather proof motorcycle cover. When we got it it was in need of a lot of TLC. We had the battery rebuilt and we repacked all the bearing and replaced the chain. The motor was water damage do it was disassembled and greased and put back together. The tires are not new, but they are in good shape. There is something a little off with the motor. You have to pedal really hard to get the electric assist to kick in and then it stays on when you are pedaling slowly and it should have turned off. But, it does work. Also, there is no way to tell how much charge the battery has (unless you go plug it in to the charger). The newest versions of the Urban Arrow costs $7,000. This bike isn't worth near that much, but if you want to have something that you can use instead of a car a lot of the time, this bike will do the trick. Since I anticipate many requests for this bike, I WILL NOT CHOSE FOR 48 HOURS - NOT UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT. I will do what I always do, which is put everyones name in a hat and pull one out. Bike must be picked up next week sometime Monday through Friday. It can be ridden away. It is heavy and large so you won't be able to transport it unless you have a truck or trailer.
