Embroidery chart for needlecase (SG17 (Shefford))

- This was a gift. Cross stitch isn't my forte, but I needed a needlecase. I wondered if there was an embroiderer out there who would like the chart and the remaining scraps of thread - essentially everything in the photo though not the finished needlecase, it's just there for illustration.

Boiler freezes? CondenseSure tank (SG17 (Shefford))

- I have a used Worcester Bosch CondenseSure tank. Another item offered but not collected. If you have a combi boiler with a narrow pipe carrying the drips of condensation outside, you may have found that in cold weather, this can freeze and stop your boiler from working. This is a little box that is plumbed in under your boiler, it sits around the hot water pipe. It collects the condensate as it drips, and discharges the warmed condensate in bigger quantities, so the pipe doesn't freeze. It has no moving parts and and needs no electricity - here's a YouTube clip describing it I'm told my new boiler has this included in the boiler so it's no longer needed - but in the past it has saved me a lot of time outside in the cold, up a stepladder with a hairdryer or kettle of hot water. Hopefully it can do the same for someone else. Note that this is to be collected from Shefford.

16" top mounted drawer runners (SG17 (Shefford))

- I have a pair of 16" (c 40cm) top mounted drawer runners. These have been offered twice but not collected. These came from underneath a pine bed and were screwed into the slats to hold a drawer, could also work for something like a keyboard shelf. As far as I can see they are straight and all the ball bearings are in place - I've also got the screws used to fit them. Can anyone find a use for these? Please note I follow the fair use policy and wait until the digests have gone out before promising an item - so won't respond for a couple of days. Also, these are in Shefford and you need to be willing / able to collect.

- Do you have a Fair Isle knitting ring you can spare? This is a ring with one or two loops (it may even look like a spring) used for controlling different yarns while knitting with two or more colours. Having just got back into knitting, I'm using a number of colours together (which I manage to tangle) and I'd like to try one of these rings to see how it works and whether it works for me. There are lots online and without experience, it's hard to know the pros and cons of the different designs. Thank you

- This portable, table-top flip chart takes A3 square flip chart paper (there are quite a few sheets included) and there is also a white plastic sheet that can be used as a white board (with a whiteboard marker). The pads are about 43cm square and the folded case 47cm wide by just over 50cm tall. Can someone make use of this?

- The suite is long gone, I still have the stretch covers. These are an oatmeal colour and fit a vintage wing backed 3 piece suite with two chairs (see photo) and a 3 seater sofa, all with seat pads. I used to have throws over the suite, so these didn't get much wear. Old but would still do someone a turn if you have this style of furniture. I have washed these, so they are clean and come from a pet and smoke-free home.

- I have a box of jars with lids, all washed and with the labels soaked off, a variety of sizes. These would be good for jams or chutneys. There are some coffee jars as well. Shame to send these to the bottle bank - please let me know if these would be of use to you.

- I bought these scales in Jan 2020 and they were fine until a couple of weeks back, when the digital display kept changing numbers. One of the batteries had started to leak a little bit. Cleaning it up and putting new batteries in didn't help. I've had it replaced under warranty. This is destined for the tip unless someone can use this for spares or as a digital repair project.

- This is a cream coloured rack to fit over an old Franke 1/2 bowl (?) sink - it's a bit too wide for my current sink. It will fit a mini sink which is at least 16.5cm wide. Can anyone put this to good use?

- Kitchen Devils Magnetic knife rack, 36cm long, 31cm magnetic part available for knives. This attaches to the wall with 2 screws (not provided, probably 5/8" No 8). There were two stick on logos, one at each end, one has fallen off and been lost. This is a good way to store knives, no danger of cutting yourself rummaging in drawers and no blunting effect from a knife block. This has worked well for many years - I've just replaced it with a longer knife rack as there are too many knives I use for the 31cm rack to hold them all. I hope someone else can use this?
