Request: Model Railway Buildings and Items (Saint George's CO2) Looking for old broken railway items that I can fix up for my layout or occasionally swap or sell to then buy other things that fit my layout. Buildings, rolling stock - in fact most things would be great. Happy to collect within 10 miles or so of Colchester.

Free: Picnic plates and bowls etc (Saint George's CO2) Expired Box of assorted plastic bowls plates and cutlery that we no longer use. Maybe of some use before they get thrown? Colchester (Layer Road)

Free: 6 window Venetian blinds (Saint George's CO2) Gifted 6 Venetian blinds removed as windows are being replaced. The very largest blind can go up and down but the bar to ‘twizzle’ the slats doesn’t work. One of the medium blinds has a broken slat. Prefer all to be taken together asap. Sizes are (in cm) - D150/W120, D150/W74, D115/W177, D200/W173, 2 x D200/W45. Collection from Colchester, Layer Road.

Request: Old model railway items that need love and repair (Saint George's CO2) Expired Looking for old model railway items that I can repair and refurbish - trains, buildings, track etc. Ideally N gauge but anything welcome (including working items as well). Being upfront, this is hopefully to use on my own layouts but sometimes I then swap or sell in order to build up my own layout without spending a fortune - and I quite enjoy refurbishing these anyway. Happy to collect from anywhere in Essex.

Free: Plastic plates, bowls etc for garden (Saint George's CO2) Expired A selection of green plates, bowls and dessert bowls and some pink plates and cutlery - all perfectly useable. Great for use in the garden when the sun is out! Collection from Colchester, Layer Road.

Free: Children’s soft toys (Saint George's CO2) Expired Small selection of toys. The frog makes noises with batteries (not sure if that still works) and the koala is a hand puppet. Collect from Colchester, Layer Road

Free: 4 large sofa cushions - pet beds? (Saint George's CO2) Gifted 4 large cushions that were on the back of our sofas that have recently been disposed of. Approx 70cm at the longest edge and 42cm wide. They are not rectangle but clean and comfy - could be used as pet beds? Collect from Colchester, Layer Road.

Free: Loft insulation - cut roll (Saint George's CO2) Gifted Roll of loft insulation, cut to approx 40cm width. Surplus after lagging my loft. Collect from Colchester, Layer Road.

Free: Loft flooring boards (Saint George's CO2) Gifted 10 loft boards - all 13" wide and cut to lengths between (approx.) 3’4" and 3’6” with a couple of smaller pieces as well. Removed from loft pending a loft conversion. Colchester Layer Road.

Free: Loft flooring boards (Saint George's CO2) Gifted 20+ loft boards - all cut to lengths between (approx) 3’ and 3’7” with a number of smaller pieces as well. Removed from loft pending a loft conversion. Going to the recycling centre Sunday morning unless someone can use them. May be some more next week as well once I get the last ones out.
