Toilet, iPhone cracked tank (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St)
Gifted
109d
- This is an American standard brand cadet toilet. Tank is cracked but the bowl and lid are just fine and I just replaced the valve mechanism and the tank a few months ago so it’s probably worthwhile for someone to order just the tank. This is an American Standard cadet model, which is sold at the big box stores, and one of their most common models so it should be easy to find a replacement tank.

Old stair treads 32" W pine (S. 26th St. & S. Ives St)
Expired
236d
- These were sitting around the house we recently bought. They are 32" wide x 11" deep and 1" thick. They appear to be original stairs that probably went to the basement so that would likely be oil-based green paint from who knows when. They're too narrow to use as stair treads but would make great heavy duty shelves or similar heavy duty use. There are about 10.

- This is a showing unit that I most recently used to hold tools and material as part of a remodel project. It's approximately 40" wide and 6'6" tall and 18" deep. There are two additional shelves that I had already removed before taking the photo. It's in IKEA type of unit and although I believe it disassembles completely comments probably better to transport it intact. Best uses are utility room common garage, etc since it's scuffed up a bit from storing tools.
